Article Processing

As soon as a manuscript is received along with the copyright form, it assigned a manuscript number by the editor and undergoes an initial scrutiny. This is followed by a blind peer review process by three independent reviewers nominated by IJSI. Based on the scrutiny the manuscript is identified as Accepted, accepted with major revisions, accepted with minor revisions, or Rejected. Final review is done by the chief editor and executive editors prior to final acceptance. Decision will be made by editorial board with in two weeks. Post acceptance, galley proof is sent as PDF file to the corresponding author by email for finalization. The galley proof of the articles accepted/in press are immediately uploaded on the website with DOI numbers which can be quoted and used for citation by the authors.

Galley Proofs

Galley proofs will be sent to the corresponding author via email as a PDF file. Only minor errors will be permitted for change at this stage as it is the final version of the manuscript. The corresponding author should ensure that the galley proof to be returned without delay with correction (if any). The authors are responsible for the content of their published manuscript. They can freely download and print electronic copy of the articles from website.
